Dr. Healey is certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics and spends the majority of his practice providing complete and partial dentures. He often uses implants to help stabilize these prostheses. Dr. Healey is a former Graduate Programs Director of Prosthodontics at UNC and currently teaches residents as adjunct Professor of Prosthodontics. He and his wife are a wonderful asset to the Keyser Dentistry family.
In addition to being married to Dr. Keyser for over 30 years, Leigh has worked with Dr. Keyser in his practice since 1990. She graduated from Meredith College in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Home Economics and a minor in Business. Having worked for Oral B Laboratories as a District Sales Manager for 9 years where she traveled all over the United States. A devoted wife and mother, Leigh enjoys spending time with her family, biking, boating and water sports, playing Catch Phrase, traveling, and playing with the Keyser’s German Shepherd, Brillie, and “prissy” cat, Porsche.
Cassandra graduated from a Dental Assistant Program in Arlington, Virginia in June of 1993 and continued her education at Wake Technical Community College where she pursued expanded duties in 2000. Cassandra has worked with Dr. Keyser since March of 2002. In her spare time, Cassandra enjoys riding horses, bowling, and family vacations – especially at the beach.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Stefan earned his Bachelor’s of Dental Hygiene in 2012 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and began working with Dr. Keyser in 2013. In his spare time, Stefan enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, doing home projects, cooking, music, and traveling. In addition to Dentistry, Stefan and his wife raise and show French Mastiffs.
Dental Lab Technician
Having graduated with an Associates Degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from Durham Technical Community College in 1989, Jim has worked with Dr. Keyser in our in-house laboratory since 2009. Outside of the office, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, doing home improvement projects, gardening, listening to music, and sports and fitness – especially Carolina sports. Go Heels!
Dental Lab Technican
John graduated high school in 1981 and went on to Air Force Technical School. John served in the Air Force from 1981 to 1985. Since 1982 he has been a Laboratory Technician. John has worked with Dr. Keyser in our in-house laboratory since May of 2010. He is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania and is the youngest of 8 children. Outside of the dental office, John enjoys cooking and traveling to both the coast and the mountains.
